I was using the ICICI Bank Credit Card from last 3-4 years,but now from last 1.5 years i have not make any transction from the card.When i talk for my settle of payments that time it was approx.Rs.8000.I have write 20-50 mails to customer care for the sttle in 1.5 year,but there was no response.Now they are charging me Rs.29,000 which i am not able to pay.

You need not pay the amount which they ask for, instead write a formal complaint stating that you have not recieved any statement till date from the bank and the people from the bank used to threaten and torture you through some goondas asking you to pay Rs.29000/- against the loan of Rs.8000/-. This is against the law, the high court has recently came out with a law, warned the banks against send the goondas and also charging you with all these excess rates. With these things in the complaint you approach the bank manager and settle your debts. You may settle it for either 8,000 or at the max. 10000. All the best.
