I lost my credit card almost 4.5 months back, I lost it on Sunday night and blocked it on Monday night through customer care, but before I could blocked somebody has stolen the card and swapped almost for 20 K shopping on Monday evening. But while blocking the customer care didn%u2019t tell me that you have outstanding of 20K, he just told me that the amount which transaction I did. But after 1 week I got bill of almost 20 K, then I asked to Customer care but they said the transaction has been done before you could block the card. So I raised the complaint to Police station and to bank. But Bank resulted the dispute in favor of Bank and send me the bill with interest. But I don%u2019t want to pay the bill; I have paid the transaction which I did. I tried telling them but Bank Officer are keep saying that you have to pay. Though card lost is my responsibility but If when I called to customer care if he had said me that your transaction is of 20k I could have block the payment of respective parties till to trace that person who has stolen. Who responsible for this? Does Bank will be doing any settlement? Now bill has gone almost 25K. What action bank will take? Please advise me.

neha dont pay a penny if u dont use it bank have there officer to inquire this if they they pressurised u go to consumer court and show ur payment record of past prabhjot indore
