I recommend vipassana meditation. It is a 10 days course taught by Mr. S N Goenka in more than 100 centres in 80 countries. It is a 10 days practical training. If one has a will to achieve, he/ she can achieve peace and happiness in life that cannot be bought from anywhere. One has to learn it the hard way, practice and get it. I am getting it.
