Each of us wants to do something great in life . For doing something great a perfect healthy body & mind is the first requirement . For this do yoga , at least Soorya Namaskar" & pranayam for five to ten minutes daily.

ya i totally agree with u.I regularly do kapalbhati for 15 minutes
