here we are talking about candidates faking the CV and we are not even looking at what services companies portray to their clients.
Companies like Infosys recruit freshers and project them as 2-3 year experienced during client interviews. I have seen this happen in Infosys (the most reputed company of india)

I agree with you. All most all of the service or consulting companies (big and small) in India fake their employee CVs which they send to their clients in order to get the project. The companies charge their clients in US dollars and pay in Indian ruupees to their employees and on the other side they hue and cry about job seekers faking CVs.
