Personally I feel, a fake resume should not matter for the company. Myself I have never faked it, but whether a person can deliver or not must be the only concern for the organization. Anyway, if the person does not deliver proper work output, companies do reserve rights to fire...so, what seems to be the problem?

Mr.Kiran you are far away from reality. It's not that only fake resumers are at fault.During joining many employers lie about offering atractive exposure, environment & growth potential, which they can't offer in reality. There are ample amount of examples of talented people being fooled by the reputed employers. So if such candidate magnifies his experience & skill level in resume to get better opportunity & do the justice with his abilities then what's wrong with it? Also candudates are selected on basis of their capabilities judged during interviews not on basis of their resumes only. Remember Mr.Kiran FAKING IS THE CULTURE WHICH IS LEAD BY EMPLOYERS & H.R. PERSONNEL.
