The Companies fake CVs too. I was with one of the CMMI level 5 co. in India, where they asked me to modify the technologies I've worked on, just to impress their client & get the project. Does NASSCOM know about this? If they do, I feel pity. if they do not, I feel more pity. Thanks.

NASSCOM seems to be attaining the role of GOD in the industry...Companies need to Change...NASSCOM cant do a thing!
