Faking the cv is a crime and the people doing it should be jailed and black listed and should not be allowed to work anywhere so that they get to know and realise the mistake they have made in forging the cv.

Well, you are looking at the advantages of faking and saying that if you seel yourself you are right in faking. Then be prepared to face the music when you are caught. Companies which bluff to clients or others by faking their profile or about their employees also will get caught eventually and will lose their reputation. There is no excuse for dishonesty. We become dishonest by seeing some short term gains in it but we dont want to face the long term losses associated with it. If you are prepared to face the consequences of your actions then go ahead at your own risk but dont complain once the stage is set for you to faec the music !!!

When Organization fake CV's of employee to bag client project then what??? who is responsible and who should be send to jail???
