What about companies who submits fake cvs during bid process. They magnify their staff skills and submit to get projects. Its a standard trend.
And if you are technically excellent and go to comapny saying that you dont have any experience, will they take you? No. They forced you to manipulate your CVs.

I dont buy this argument. Not all jobs require experienced people. For example, companies pick freshers thro campus interviews. If you dont have experience then why apply for a job which asks for experience? You are manipulating something because you feel u stand to gain and then blaming the system!! If you are willing to accept the gains you get by faking resumes or any other form of cheating then be ready to face the consequences also. Dont blame the system at that point. While faking, many people inherently assume that they wont be caught and when caught they are totally un prepared and start blaming the system!!
