It looks catchy but this glossy picture can be shown only to the bosses who are understanding. The reality is not everyone is ready to discuss things as mentioned in the sample Resignation

I agree with this completely.Not every boss is open to discuss pending bonus etc... And also I would like to add that its not good to mention the relieving date like its mentioned in this letter.It depends on the notice period according to company policies, you can't dictate your own trems.
