I think it in nice way to put up resignation letter except we should not be responsible for any kind replacenments. B'coz its organization which needs to bother about the situation.

Rather then as a social worker we are more as a mere Professionals

Mr.pranjal,

unless the vacancy is an assistant level job, when one leaves, it creates a big gap for the company. So it depends on the importance of the job.
