Did the bank mention in the documents that they will send collection agents?

My question would be, how do these people get our mobile and office extensions to offer Credit cards? I plan to sue these banks and also the mobile service provider for the nuisance.

no bank mentions that they will send a collection agent. just ask for the id with the collection agaent and he will show an id of authorisation. call the police and report that the bank has engaged a collection agent and he is threatening you. the fellow will just vanish into thin air because it is forbidden in law to use collection agents to recover civil dues. credit . credit card dues are civil liabilities and they can proceed legally against you only as a civil case . it is not a criminal offence. never get a credit card payment cheque bounced. that will be used by the bank to proceed against you criminally. as long as there is no cheque bouncing , they have no locus standi to threaten you or proceed against you as a criminial case. satish vaidiyanathan
