The people sitting behind customer care centeres have either no training or simply care less. I had a nightmarish excperience when I took a credit card personal loan from a High tech bank that never sleeps .One day I found that my loan for 16% interest is forclosed and charged at a credit card rate of 36 %. At least 10 times I contacted the help line but they will politely say they will look into the matter. Finally I had to contact the head of customer care to sort it out.Beware friends when you take a credit card loan .

It reminds me of a situation wherein I faced a similar problem with a cell phone bill which I could not pay since I had to leave the country on an urgent business visit. Neverthless, the cellphone connection company refused to deduct it from the deposit and harassed my parents
I want to cancel my credit cards now and be free from unwanted nuisance that treats you like a criminal even before ascertaining the reality. I dont want to interact with hooligans for saving few hundred rupees a year. I would prefer paying cash rather than feed these hooligan banks and their fraternity my hard earned money as interest!
