Due to a technical glitch in the ATM machine the payment from my savings account went twice to my credit card payment. Its been 15 days since. I have had to call 8 times but still the money has not been transferred bank to the account. Each time they apologise and say 2 to 3 more working days. To top it all. Any further payments that I make from my credit card are being adjusted immediately against the 30K excess payment that they receivied without any authorisations and without allowing the 20 day credit period on the card. This is shocking. I personally feel that HDFC are the worst bankers.
