Hi,
Its simple, look for a job in another company and dont get dejected and don't lose self-confidence.

Hope in next company it does n't happen again

first off - please improve ur communication skills...second off - dont be surprised cause these are common practices, while the so called 'thought leaders' can do intellectual stimulations around what makes an employee leave, I wonder if anyone can ever come up with what happens to an employee when he becomes the boss and why the animal changes from being a pug to a rottweiler....:-))
