The problem with todays youth is that they think it is their birth right to reach their dream goals and dont work towards it. The employee CTC is increasing day by day. This is not due to shortage of man power or a booming economy. It is primarily due to youth waiting for some employer who is desperate to hire some tom dick or harry to meet his deadlines and ready to go to any length to rope in people without checking their credentials and pay them many times their worth. I remember a few decades earlier, my father used to ask prospective typists type their Job application on our office typewriter to judge his typing skills and writing skills. I can boldly say that our typists in those days had better langauage skills than 99% of the MBA's and other professionals who draw fancy salaries. I agree that a person should not be entirely judged only on his knowledge of english. But we need to also understand that a person with poor english is a poor learner as 15-18 years of formal education has not taught him anything.
