At the ripe age of 89, I have a girlfriend who is 93. My drinking-buddy is 91. Unfortunately the 93 year-old GF hates the very sight of my booze-buddy and whenever they meet a clash takes place. The topic is always our drinking-sessions.(mind you we drink only a single 60ml peg of single-malt, 98% proof, each; but idiot GF claims I drink too much!!! (Bet it sounds familiar to many of you). On occaisions they actually sword-fight each other with their walking sticks. Each time they break their crutches, I am called upon to replace them (After all,I am told, its YOUR friend who broke up my walking stick!). Man! Am I going bankrupt purchasing new walking-sticks!!Advice welcomed ... (Needless to say, only polite ones will be appreciated.)
