Did the ALibag - Kashid stretch couple of weeks back..... 4 friends, 1 car, 1 camera and high spirits........ Amazing stretch from Mumbai, especially after Panvel....The roads were broad, it was pouring like there's no tomorrow and a night out.... Alibag has lots of amazing places suited to every budget from 400 bucks/night to 4000 bucks /night resorts. Went to Kashid in the morning and spent the day in the sea and the rains..... Couldn't help but remember Coleridge's "RIme of the ancient Mariner" whith the now famous adage.... "Water, WAter everywhere"....
Visibility was restricted, and may have bordered on the brinks of riskiness, but overall it was one amazing and very memorable trip.... Total damage????Just 2000 bucks per head.. So what're u waiting for guys???? and gals of course(No fun without them).

absolutely .I am giving u some of the enchanting place of history and prehistoric period 1.BALASONIR--a place 90 km from ahmedabad towards ahmedabad--indore highway,a small village called RAOLI where u can find dinossurous fossil ,dated back of 65 million years .before that u can contact nawab of balasonir in the city ,all knows him as nawab and have a mouthfull of nawabi dishes prepared by the chef of khandani nawab .the nawab has practical knowledge of that place and will guide properly ,GOVT of Gujrat has protected both nawab palace and raoli as heritage place - abboral@gmail.com 2.If u are interested in HARAPPA civilisation then one place LOTHAL ,some 90 km from ahmedabad --Rajkot highway and further taking a left turn from DHOLERA . both this places are avilable in Gujrat,INDIA,ASEA,WORLD.NOwhere u can see this place
