how many hours should i study?

i am giving around 4-5 hours everyday to my CAT prep.some say study for 12 hours otherwise u`ll not clear.i am scoring a min of 70%tile and a max of 95%tile in mock cats.according to you how many quality hours should i spend for my prep everyday?
