Fitness and health

Fitness doesnt always means that you have to join a gym. One can be fit by healthy eating habits with moderate exercises like brisk walking, cycling or swimming. Most of the unfit people dread to join a gym because of lack of time or out of lack of interest in doing back breaking exercises.
foodyoga offers a escape from dieting and exercises.
type foodyoga on google search engine for link

Respected Dr.Vinay Jadhav,

No doubt that swimming or cycling would keep a person fit..but Dr.Jadhav, I dont agree to you completely when you say that people dont go to the gym because they dont have time or are not inclined.I mean, they will have to find time, even for swimming, walk, etc. right? Its because they are either ignorant about the benefits of weightlifting or are simply lazy..that keeps them at an arm's length from gyms.

Playing any sport is going to keep you fit alright, but weightlifting has more to offer.I think of the activity as 'body sculpting'.And the inclination towards workouts grows, once you start getting results. Its going to do a world of good to your self respect and confidence. To my mind, four days of workouts and two days of cardio/sports is the way to be.

Lastly, the article was quiet informative, although I would have appreciated if Mr.Maslekar had imparted little more information about the private training academies in Mumbai, in an order of 'recognition'. Keep it up!
