Which are the countries are allowed to avail LTA other then India

Please guide me as per the incometax act, is there any surrounding countries of india are allowed to availed LTA ? If yes, please give me the name of the countires, where LTA can unitlize and it is exempted by IT department of India.

no foreign travel allowed. You can travel within India but outside the mainland like Anil mentioned.

How about Nepal. One can always show the travel up to the farthest part of India close to Nepal and claim that amount atleast :)
