Hi, I am kamleshkumar Jaiswal, working with IBM India, i am eligible for LTA of Rs 430 p.m, if i will not take any leave for travelling. should i get my LTA amount with my salary after my resigned.

normally, LTA is paid along with every financial year end after getting taxed, if you don't avail it.

Hi, Pls help me.
As per my knowledge we can claim claim for LTA after 1 year in the organization. But quetion is that: 1 year, days starts from joining date in the company or the confirmation date in the company.
As I had worked for a company for 14 months and cliamed for LTA with document proof. 3 months was the probation periods in than company. Now they are saying You haven't completed 1 years after your confirmation date. So if I reduce my three months probation periods then my total working months are 11 months.
