I claimed my LTA ( the LTA amount) in May and travelled in the same month. In Auguest I left the company and joined a new one. while relieving, my company calculated the LTA by LTA amount* no. of months worked/12 and deducted the rest from my final settlement.
I wantto know whether this is the right procedure and is there any way to claim my LTA?

It's based on the company's policy... so if they have done it... then you can't claim for it.

Hi, Pls help me.
As per my knowledge we can claim claim for LTA after 1 year in the organization. But quetion is that: 1 year, days starts from joining date in the company or the confirmation date in the company.
As I had worked for a company for 14 months and cliamed for LTA with document proof. 3 months was the probation periods in than company. Now they are saying You haven't completed 1 years after your confirmation date. So if I reduce my three months probation periods then my total working months are 11 months.
