Clearly as per the Counsulate focus, issue or denial of Visa depends on the potential of each applicant to stay back or return. But have they carried out an analysis on how much value the Indians add to US economy if issued visa? It is seldom that we hear of stories of Indians going there and becoming a direct burden on US economy.
