The article is too good especially for the new joinees. The reason why I am telling this is simply because even I am a new joinee and wanted some tips to grow. I think this article will help not only me, but everyone who do their job sincerely, but their work is not recognised simply because they dont play tricks to impress their boss.

Well said... In todays world it is very difficult to get a the same job ur are in if you have to apply for it again. BPO is a gr8 opp for young talents which is going to grow bigger by days to come.

yes you are right, Though you do work sincerely and with great dedication, you need to know if not contemplate the tricks from surroundings and play in a wise manner....
