I think all the companies have to work on Anger Management seriously and do the things which make the staff positive and possess good attitude towards the boss and other colleagues. I am a short-tempered guy and therefore, I must say that in every company a zone which is dedicated to persons of short-temperament at work is there so that employees do get some relief. My idea is that a room with a boxing sandbag so that when a person feel anger or irritated, he get some relief by practicing some good punches. One advantages of this zone is that company have a track of persons who visit such zones and how frequently and accordingly take suitable actions.
Though I dont have such zone in my company but believe me if it is, then I think I have the ability to challenge Mike Tyson for a boxing match.
