How to control one's anger
by K.Umamaheswaram on Oct 18, 2006 11:20 PM   Permalink

It is not all true and correct that who does not lose anger at work is good. A person ought to get
rarely and sometimes, when it is required. An expression on anger is sometimes helpful to the body.

The steps I take to avoid such situations is good planning of work on ABC analysis. I always do the
the following to avoid stress thereby reduce anger.

(1) take full breath to pump oxygen to all parts of body, particularly, lung, and other parts above the belt.
(2) Take more water to avoid stress/anger
(3) use your natural calls, which will ease tension

I always keep quiet for 10 minutes before I start
my work to enable me to do the important things first.

This will help a lot to avoid anger.

Plan your journey to officer 30 minutes before to
traffic jams and late to the officer.

Plan 30 minutes before when you want leave the office.
