hi brinda, i m 22, my wt is 98 , i wanna lose weight as early as possible (2 or 3 mnths).i m suffered from Bronchitis,can u suggest a gud diet and exercise so dat i can lose weight... whenever i tried to run regularly i fall ill(congestion problem due to bronchitis). plz help me.....
