by siva on Oct 21, 2006 03:35 PM   Permalink

I'm 50. I weigh around 70-72 Kgs which I know very well is overweight for my height of 5'4''. I do not have any medical problem to say, but light brathing problem only in acute winter. Otherwise normal. I go for normal walk for 30 mts, after early morning small cup of filter coffee. light breakfast ( upma/or sandwitch)by 8 am. Lunch by around noon mainly comprise of veg curry/rice/curdwith sambar. coffee at about 2.30 p.m. and night dinner by around 7/7.30 pm. I feel, my hip size if has two/three inches more than normal size it has to be and I want to reduce. My main work is giving lectures for about 9/9.30 hrs standing...but these will be in a month for about 10-12 days. otherwise, I do work on laptop/desktop on my lecture materials.
Please suggest ways to reduce my hip size considerably.

Regards
Siva
