Hi Rajesh

Please beware -

1) Raw olive oil is great. But cooked/heated/fried olive oil is dangerous for health. Although this issue is still being researched.

2) If you have hyper tension you should never do weight training. Continue with cardio vascular exercise till u loose some weight. You may harm yourself if you do weight training at this stage.

3) Do not rush for a weight loss. Remember the faster you loose the faster you will put it back on. Mine and my friends\' experience is all diets fail all short term plans fail in medium to long term. In the first place think why did you put on this weight ? Probably you were not aware of what you were eating, how much you were eating, how much you were sleeping, how much you were exercising etc. Remember, you didn\'t put on all this weight in 3 months so you cannot give yourself only 3 months to undo it.
Also, my experience is I have to do a diet exercise program for myself. A program made my someone doesn\'t help me. Infact i don\'t support the whole notion of diet and exercise program. It is a big marketing scam by the health industry in which many pople are victimised even without their knowledge.
The reason for not supporting/following it - you cannot chalk out a program for whole week/month/year.. whatever. If you do that you would be following the program and not looking at your body needs moment to moment. And that means you woould be giving your body something it doesn\'t need or at a time when it doesn\'t need it and vice versa i.e not giving it what it needs and when it needs it.
My approach is to get more aware of everything that you are doing with your body. Loving it, caring for it. Stop when it says stop, get up when it says get up. Now this may involve situations where your body will say get up and go to sleep when you have just started watching an interesting serial on the Tele or it may involve giving up a favourite food item just because it came few minutes after you had your meal. Yes it will be a constant moment to moment program. You will need to be aware and not to cheat yourself. Yes it is a lifestyle change rather than a crash diet or rigorous exercise prog tha tmay live you with some disability in the future. It\'s progress will be slow but you will notice that you would start geeting more happier and more satisfied. After all life is to enjoy ! slow and steady wins the race...
