Hi, I am 32 years old guy who is married and my weight is 85Kgs and my height is 5.7". For the last three years i have been trying to reduce my fat (Tummy) around my waist region as well as my tummy. i had stopped rice but still i am unable to reduce my tummy.
My fitness goal: To have a flat abs and reduce my weight around 70 Kgs Occupation: Working as Administrator / Accounts in Alum Co Location: Bahrain (Gulf) Working hours:7.30AM - 5.30PM Daily routine: Gets up by 5AM leaves to office by 7.30 AM and comes back to home for lunch from 1-2PM and from 2 - 5.30PM . Then watch tv for some time have dinner and go to bed around 10PM.
