Hi: Black heads are actually dirt colgged in pores due to oil.
--Wash face, especially the T-zone with luke warm water few times a day (dont use very warm or hot water, it would rather wash away moisture & harm yr skin)
--Avoid excess soap. Rather use a good face wash with little portion of mild scrub in it. Good to clean and refresh the skin.
--Moist yr skin with a suitable moisturizer.
--And most important, eat and drink healthy.
