I think the conversion table would lead to gross errors. Such high scores aren't generally required for High percentile.. I am not clear tho about the method adopted to calculate the percentile.
I had scored 50 and achieved a percentile of 97.4 in 2004.

the percentile is the percent of people you did better than, so the person with the highest marks would get a 100% percentile and so on..
