i am realy found it quite intresting. most of things are realy practicaly applicable. somehow one has to differ here and there. I strongly belive if you customers finds we are overdoing[ sweet talk, gestures etc] customers starts thinking that there is fantastic margins in products offered by us so he starts planning cuts in our profits as well.
I strongly belive while maintaining cool relations with your clients you need to maintain distance as well. please respond to my views. thanks , goodluck and good great going in marketing.
