Hi, I read ur article today. It tells us to drink 8-10 glasses of water in a day. I cannot drink so much water as i don't feel like drinking. I don't like the taste, it makes me feel vomit. But my doctor advised, so i started adding lime which tasted good and i started drinking water. But many people told me that drinking too much lime water is bad for health and will start loosing weight and will affect me badly in near future. What do i do? In a day I drink 2-3 cups of tea and have yoghurt in lunch. Also I want to know that a combination of curd and yoghurt is good or bad. Kindly guide me how should i overcome this problem.
