Hello, My height is 179 cm, weight 77.3 KG, age 23. My trainer asked me to have at least 100g of protein a day. He also told me a white boiled egg has 3g and one bowl of curd has 6g of protein and in 300gm chicken contains 25g protein i.e. not sufficient as needed according to him. He is asking me to take Protein supplements, Should I go for that or Could you please suggest me the naturally available Protein source which can do the same as supplements. I would be more happy to go natural.
