HI Antora i must say the suana belt works in the following process, it actually increases the water content loss from the body and mind it that it is not metabolism which actually helps in fat burn. it only makes water loss from your body which is due to the heat produced against the tummy region, thats it. it is just like standing at noon under the sun directly. ya if you can use it with some exercise so that the rate of metabolism also increases then it will be effective. thanks , if any querry plese contact me at abinashadhikari@gmail.com
