Thought the set of questions is really good, I disagree with the right answer of question 2. Many times interviewer asks about personal weakness and not technical weakness because your technical knowledge is already judged by them. In this case 1st option of this question is right because you are telling that you workaholic - it's weakness as well as good quality from company's point of view. and it's diplomatically very correct answer.
