There is no right or wrong answer to these questions, may be just a better answer. I personally take interviews and I have seen sometimes (specially in IT) if you be a bit honest it helps. First Option in Question no 2 seems true for most of the IT professionals - what is the harm in accepting this - Be honest . If the industry is such - which demands such work pattern - and you hesitate in accepting the same - then you are in a wrong place - the employer and the emplyoee should be honest in these aspects.
