hi, being an IIM graduate is not the only thing B stdents need to be, there are many more aspects to be looked at. their degree gets them the job but its their ability which keeps them in there.....so if you have an IIM degree but u are no good to keep up ur ability then there is no difference from an IIM graduate and a B school of ordianry level...
this is just a hype created.......if you go and find graduates in other B schools there are brilliant and scholar students that can prove their candidature in ur company.... i think even graduates from other B schools should be given a chance and the local edcation department should see that they invite comapnies for selection in these B schools....
