Plagarism?
by Indian Teapot on Mar 17, 2006 12:00 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Most of this article sounds suspiciously similiar to a mail that has been doing e-mail rounds for some time now.I'm sure its dishonest to copy the contents of the mail and simpy produce it as it were the authors original article.
Is Rediff aware of this?

My dear friends, I guess you are unaware of the right definition of plagiarism. Only when a part or the whole information of certain article which is copyrighted or licensed with a registered author, is used without acknowledging its source, it is treated as plagiarism.
Posting an article on safety measures to be taken by women, that might be already doing rounds on the internet doesn't amount to plagiarism.
