Some bosses love to take credit of his/her subordinates work and ideas. They are manipulative in nature keep very good relationships with their boss and in turn bully their subordinates. They do not pass leadership from top to bottom. Their pet phrase is "What is there in it for me".
Such bosses are very difficult to manage with human conscienceneous. The only way to deal with them is to become Chamcha and slave to them. If you accept such loathful condition for yourself it is ok otherwise life is not less than livivng hell.
