How many Acceptance letters can i send?
by Vikram Kone on Mar 16, 2006 09:53 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

Dear sir,
Thnx for ur professional insight and advices given so far. they have cleared most of my doubts. I have feww more queries which if u can answer will be very helpful to me. I have applied to around 11 univs for MS and results of 3 of them are out till date. I got one admit and 2 rejects. The univ in which i got admitted asked me 2 send the accpetance letter by April1 15th. shud i send the letter or shud i wait for other admist results so that i can choose the best of the lot. ??
Is it a thumb rule that we shud send acceptance letter to only one univ inorder 2 get only one i20 or can i send the acceptance letters 2 every univ which gives me admiss. so that once i get all i20's i can choose the best one..
Does this have any bearing in my VISA application. is it a crime to 2 send acceptance letters to more than one univ and get i20s from them and then zero in on only one best univ?? wil that have a negative impression on me by the interviewing officer...
plz answer this query..
Thanking u in advance..
