Hi ! Its an universal truth that"NO DEVELOPMENT IN LIFE IS POSSIBLE UNLESS U HAVE SOME CHANGE" To switchover your career u have to take a little bit risk in your career life. But the steps taken should be in right direction. Under no circumstances u should withdraw your resignation once it is presented before your management even if your Management tries to retain back with some higher remuneration. As it will later on give negative impact if u continue in the same environment. So think twice or thrice before resigning or else sort out the minor issues through discussions with your boss(s) which forces u to put your resignation before ur Management. During Exit interview, try to highlight/suggest the important issues for the further improvement and betterment of the Organisation. I have recently resigned and taken a stand not to withdraw the same. I was facing some problems with one of my bosses but it could not be sorted out even after passage of one week & finally i have no other option but to quit. Though my boss and supreme boss hav asked me to reconsider my decision but i have not at all in a position to withdraw the same under any condition.
