opening a NSC

i am dr mitul bora.this month i will get my arear from sgpgi, lucknow(6th pay commision arear).but they want a NSC account or PPF.kindly let me know how i can open it.presently i am working as a senior resident doctor at all india institute of medical sciences,new delhi(AIIMS)

You can open PPF account from Post Office or SBI Bank.
Or
You can buy NSC from any Post Office.
