i am dr mitul bora.this month i will get my arear from sgpgi, lucknow(6th pay commision arear).but they want a NSC account or PPF.kindly let me know how i can open it.presently i am working as a senior resident doctor at all india institute of medical sciences,new delhi(AIIMS)

i dont think u r doctor, if u do 2 minutes srch on google, then it would let u know that it is opened in Post Office! and one more thing, there is equal rate for all, whether u r doctor or something.
