Hi Sarah, i appreciate you for dealing such a delicate issue with maturity and sesitivity.Well i have been struggling with this issue as well.growing up india with all those socio-cultural values and then moving abroad to study further puts you in a strange spot of looking like an alien to the whole \'sex-play\'operative in the western socitey.All though you have inherited the traditional understanding of sexuality with that of commitment, the moment you land up in western socitey, you are instantly confornted with this idea of having relationship with no strings attached.How many girls have you slept with? seems to be a common question among men.In my limited experience in the west this attitude of \'disconnected connectedness\'\'freedom and space\'\'no strings\'..etc is taking its toll and visible in their social life with high percentage of breakups!In this light i am totaly insync with your thought that all that matters at the end is commitment and faithfulness and not eternally experimenting with realtionships.I am 31 and am still waiting for my Miss.Right and am happy to waite!!!
