I work in a company which does not pay HRA.My total Salary is Rs200000 per year.I stay in a rented house.I pay a rent of Rs 1500 per month.Is there any manner in which I can claim tax excemption for the rent paid?If so how much? Please calculate and let me know.With regards.Rajagopalan

sir my annual income for last FY was 3 lakhs and i received 11000/- as HRA and i am paid home rent 3000/- per month . so can i get some benefit for income tax and if yes how much.
