Though work ex is better to have it shuld be relevant one. for ex having work ex in selling soaps may not be usefull if u develope interest in finance & want to specialise in invenstmant banking. or vice versa. as most of studets fail to understand their interst earlier in theri career maybe due to our education systme wasting time in working in non relevant jobs may not be good enough.
