How about this Scenario:

I am a BBA Graduate with Marketing/Finance as specializations. The jobs that i am offered right now are of Sales/Marketing.

I have seen people who are just Commerce/BBA graduates who take up Sales, reach up the area sales manager post in 3 years if they perform well.

I have also seen that the same post is offered to someone who is an MBA (from an average BSchool)with zero work ex.

What should one do in such a casE?
